His extensive career, rooted in culinary excellence and strategic food and beverage management, has spanned iconic Michelin-starred restaurants, prestigious hotel groups such as Four Seasons and Hyatt, across Europe and Asia, and pivotal leadership roles.
Previously, Fabrice spearheaded global food and beverage (F&B) initiatives at Accor, shaping the group’s overarching F&B strategy and operational vision. He also led F&B Revitalization & Expansion Strategy for Galaxy Entertainment Group in Macau, focusing on enhancing guest experience and business performance within integrated resorts and casinos.
Leveraging this profound expertise, Fabrice founded F+B Consulting to drive innovation and growth in the hospitality sector. He specializes in crafting strategic restaurant concepts, fostering business development, and implementing cutting-edge solutions. His multifaceted skill set encompasses real estate, brand marketing, and international business strategy, underpinned by an MBA from Glion Hotel School.
A recognized pioneer in preventive food waste, Fabrice has successfully developed over 400 diverse restaurant and bar concepts, ranging from 3-Michelin-star establishments to fast-casual dining groups.
