Evgeniya Lazareva
Design Creation
Evgeniya pursued her design studies at Istituto Marangoni and Central Saint Martins in London and Florence. She began her career working on fast-paced, experiential projects, including brand activations, pop-ups, and exhibitions. In 2013, she joined Hirsch Bedner Associates and contributed to major renovations, including the Four Seasons Singapore and Grand Hyatt Shanghai. Her portfolio also includes designing for The Address Dubai Mall, Lotte Signiel Busan, and The Westin Jakarta.
In 2017, Evgeniya founded Hot Design Folks, a design studio specializing in crafting emotionally driven projects through storytelling. A year later, she joined the Aedas team as a consultant and spearheaded the design execution for the restoration of the Raffles Hotel.
With a degree in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, Evgeniya aspires to promote conscious and sustainable design practices. Alongside her design work, she serves as an active board member for the Sala Bai Hotel and Restaurant School in Siem Reap, a program dedicated to fighting poverty and human trafficking by providing social and professional training to underprivileged young Cambodians, with a focus on empowering females who have less access to
education.
